How do I add Sunday’s sermon?+
From the dashboard, choose Add sermon, then paste the link to the recording on your channel or upload the file. You confirm your church has the right to process it, then the job is queued.
How long does a sermon take?+
A 30 minute sermon is roughly 28 minutes of machine time, and the queue is busiest on Sunday night. Expect the reels within the hour rather than while you wait.
The captions misheard a word. Can I fix it?+
Yes. Open the reel, switch the caption editor to Edit, correct the word and save. The timing stays the same and the caption layer is rendered again.
The five moments missed the point of the sermon.+
Use the request box on the sermon page to say what you were looking for, for example the section on forgiveness, and a new set of moments is selected.
What do I get when I download a reel?+
The MP4 at 1080 by 1920, the captions file and a cover image. A whole sermon can be downloaded as one zip.
Can someone else on the team review the reels?+
Invite them from settings. Owners and admins manage the church, editors can submit and review, and viewers can watch and download.
Which platforms can you post to?+
YouTube Shorts on the Publish plan. Instagram and Facebook are coming soon and TikTok is download only, because both need platform approval we do not have yet.
My upload failed part way through.+
Uploads resume. Return to the same sermon and continue, or use the link to the recording on your channel instead. If it keeps failing, send us the file details.
How do I change the plan or cancel?+
The church owner can do both from billing settings. Cancelling leaves the plan active until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I delete our church data?+
Export first if you want a copy, then use the delete option in the danger area of settings. Deleting removes the sermons, reels and transcripts we hold for that church.
