Privacy and trust
A church trusts us with its preaching. This page says, in plain words, what happens to it, restating only what our privacy notice and terms already commit to.

What happens to your recordings
Your church owns its reels
Sermons, transcripts and reels belong to your church account. We never use them as marketing material without written permission naming the church and the scope.
Nothing is shared without approval
Every reel waits for someone in your church to watch and approve it. Rejecting a reel does not delete the sermon it came from.
Recordings are not kept for long
Source video and the extracted audio are deleted about seven days after processing. Transcripts, moments and finished reels stay while the account is open.
We never see your card
Paddle processes payments as merchant of record and handles VAT and GST. We receive the plan, the subscription status and the invoice history.
Known processors only
Supabase for the database, sign-in and storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Paddle for payments, and the transcription and language model providers inside the pipeline.
Export or delete any time
Export your church data from settings, or delete the church, which removes its sermons, transcripts and reels. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
Privacy questions
The full text is in the privacy notice, which is still a draft awaiting legal review and says so.
