Getting started
Do we need a new recording setup?
No. Start with the sermon your church already uploads. Clear speech and a visible speaker give the engine the strongest starting point.
Do we need to learn an editor?
No. Paste a link, review the five reels, keep the ones you want and download them. There is no editing timeline.
How do I add Sunday's sermon?
From the dashboard, choose Add sermon, then paste the YouTube link to your recording. Confirm your church has the right to use it, then choose Make my reels. File uploads: Coming soon.
How long does a sermon take?
A 30 minute sermon is roughly 28 minutes of machine time, and the queue is busiest on Sunday night. Expect the reels within the hour rather than while you wait.
What footage can we use?
Footage your church owns or has permission to process. You confirm that when you submit a sermon.
The reels and captions
Will the reels preserve the message?
The engine reads the transcript and cuts on phrase boundaries rather than on volume. Your church still reviews the captions and the context before anything is shared. A short format does not remove that responsibility.
What happens with a full service recording?
The engine looks for the sermon portion and separates the worship block, so music is not mistaken for the message. A complex broadcast layout or unclear audio can still affect the result.
The captions misheard a word. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the reel, switch the caption editor to Edit, correct the word and save. The timing stays the same and the caption layer is rendered again.
The five moments missed the point of the sermon.
Use the request box on the sermon page to say what you were looking for, for example the section on forgiveness, and a new set of moments is selected.
What do I get when I download a reel?
The MP4 at 1080 by 1920, the captions file and a cover image. A whole sermon can be downloaded as one zip.
Posting and teams
Can you post the reels for us?
Not yet. Today you download the finished reels and post them yourself. Posting and scheduling to YouTube Shorts is coming soon on Publish, Instagram and Facebook are coming soon once Meta's app review is through, and TikTok stays download only until an audited app exists.
Can someone else on the team review the reels?
Invite them from settings. Owners and admins manage the church, editors can submit and review, and viewers can watch and download.
Plans and billing
What does it cost?
Your first sermon is free and watermarked. See the pricing page for the Reels offer available to your church, plus Publish and Studio. Prices are USD and labelled launch pricing.
What counts as a sermon?
One recording you submit, which becomes five reels. A 100 minute full service counts as one sermon, the same as a 30 minute message.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly. Prices are in USD. Any tax is calculated by Paddle at checkout. Annual billing: Coming soon.
Can we cancel?
Yes, from your billing settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing you have already downloaded is taken away.
What is the watermark on the free sermon?
The five reels from your free sermon carry a small mark. Upgrading later does not remove it from a file you already downloaded, so run your free sermon when you are ready to look at the result.
What if we need more than five sermons in a month?
Extra sermon $5: Coming soon. Studio includes ten sermons each calendar month.
Is the price going to change?
These are launch prices while the product is new, and we may test a higher price with new churches. If you are already paying, your price is held for twelve months.
Privacy and permission
Who owns the sermons and reels?
Your church does. We do not use your sermons, transcripts or reels as marketing material unless you give written permission naming the church and the scope.
How long do you keep our recording?
Source video and the extracted audio are deleted about seven days after processing. Transcripts, selected moments and finished reels are kept while the account is open.
Do you see our card details?
No. Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. We receive the subscription status, the plan and the invoice history, never the card number.
How do I delete our church data?
Export first if you want a copy, then use the delete option in the danger area of settings. Deleting removes the sermons, reels and transcripts we hold for that church.
